Staffing and AmeriPark University
Our excellent Valet Staff sets us apart from our competitors. The difference begins at the staffing level, where AmeriPark has a strong standardized policy for recruiting, screening and selection of candidates. All candidates must pass a rigorous selection process that includes behavioral interviews, a driving test, a DMV record check and a criminal background check. Upon hiring, each valet receives over eight hours of training, combining classroom study with on-the-job work. Continuing with AmeriPark, each valet enters the unique AmeriPark University training program that focuses on guest service, communication skills, and additional training on valet operations.

Our highly trained AmeriPark Valet Staff are efficient, clean cut, and respectful with distinctive AmeriPark uniforms. To eliminate clients’ worry and expense, AmeriPark can provide all equipment and incidentals as standard elements of our services: shuttle service, signage, radios, traffic devices, drivers, umbrellas, and more.
